For repairs, our normal rate is $60 per on-site hour with a one hour minimum (two hour minimum off-hours), plus travel at the current IRS rate ($0.655/mile for 2023). However, if you bring your unit to us in West Knoxville TN, there is no minimum or mileage charge. We provide telephone support to our clients at no charge, provided we have time. Complicated problems are usually not feasible to solve over the phone.
